World Championships La Molina

I arrived yesterday afternoon in La Molina, Spain to compete in the World championships. Today was quite relaxed, we went up the slopes to get an idea of what the snow conditions were like and to get a preview of the bordercross. The only snow around is artificial but it did not stop the organization to build a very good course. In the afternoon we did a little physical training. Tomorrow the training on the course will be from 10am till 12h15 am, which will be the opportunity to test out the course and to familiarize ourselves with it before the big day. Monday will be the qualifying runs and on tuesday will be held the Finals (four by fours).
